VILLA RUFOLO
Built in the XI century by one of the richest families of Ravello, the Rufolo family, it has always been a favorite destination for musicians, artists and poets. The gardens enchanted the composer Richard Wagner, who found in the man inspiration for his musical works.

VILLA CIMBRONE
It takes its name from the rocky ridge where it was built, «Cimbronium». The Villa's lush garden, in which statues, temples, fountains, epigraphs, natural grottos and artistically created recesses are dotted, culminates in the spectacular Belvedere of Infinity.

THE CATHEDRAL
The city's Cathedral, dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta, was built in the XI century. The interior has three naves separated by a double colonnade and three apses.At the end of the left aisle there is the chapel of San Pantaleone: the chapel holds the glass, gold and silver ampulla containing the saint's solidified blood that miraculously liquefies each year.

CATHEDRAL’S MUSEUM
IThe museum is located in the ancient crypt of the Basilica, next to the right aisle.In the exhibition sections you can see historical and archaeological finds, sarcophagi, sculptures, and liturgical furnishings.

RAVELLO FESTIVAL
In the form we know today, the Ravello Festival derives from a series of initiatives which make i tone of the oldest festivals in Italy.

RAVELLO CONCERT SOCIETY
In autumn and spring, Ravello is a favorite destination for lovers of the silence of its buildings and its medieval churches.During these periods, there are several concerts in the gardens of Villa Rufolo organized by Ravello Concert Society. The program is very nice and it includes performances of great interest. This is a very exclusive event for the limited number of available seats.
